These terms cover purchases from spartansurfers.com, operated by Spartan Surfers LLC, a Florida company.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Made to order

Each piece is produced after you order. Colors on screen are close to, but not exactly, the garment color, and garment-dyed pieces vary slightly by design.

Returns

See shipping and returns. Defective, damaged or misprinted items are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery.

Quotations

Our lines are original renderings of public-domain translations. Designs and artwork are ours; please don't reproduce them for sale.
