Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to a US address. Each piece is made to order in 2–5 business days, then takes 3–5 business days to arrive. We email you a tracking link the day it ships.

Orders with several pieces may arrive in more than one package.

Returns and replacements

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email team@spartansurfers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to send it back.

Because every piece is printed for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. The size guide helps you pick right the first time.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before production starts. After that, a package returned for a wrong address can be reshipped for the cost of postage.
